Squid in Ink

This recipe is so, so easy to make … It comes out great and accompanied by
Ingredients:
- 800g calamari, clean and cut
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 or 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 small packets of squid ink (4g each)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup white wine
- Olive oil
Preparation:
Lightly fry the onion and garlic until translucent.
Then add the squid to the pan with the onion and garlic. We cook it for one minute and then add the glass with the liquids. Let it cook and reduce the sauce until all the water has evaporated and only the ink remains again (it should thicken).
Serve with rice and ¡enjoy!
