This recipe is so, so easy to make … It comes out great and accompanied by a white or whole rice it´s even better. As a low-carb option I have accompanied it with a konjac rice and it was super good!
800g calamari, clean and cut
1 chopped onion
2 or 3 cloves of garlic
2 small packets of squid ink (4g each)
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup white wine
Lightly fry the onion and garlic until translucent. Meanwhile dilute the squid ink in a glass with the water and the white wine.
Then add the squid to the pan with the onion and garlic. We cook it for one minute and then add the glass with the liquids. Let it cook and reduce the sauce until all the water has evaporated and only the ink remains again (it should thicken).
