Huevos revueltos con gambas y espinacas

Scrambled Eggs with Shrimp and Spinach

This recipe is so easy, it will just take 5 minutes. And it´s perfect for a low carb diet!


  • 150g raw and peeled shrimp
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • A handful of spinach leaves
  • 1 clove of garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper


Sautée the onion in a drizzle of olive oil until soft. Add the chopped garlic until golden and add the shrimp, turning the heat up to high so they don´t boil.

When the shrimp is cooked add the eggs and a pinch of salt and pepper. As soon as the eggs look cooked, add the spinach leaves an cook for 1 minute more. Done!
