Spinach, Ham and Caramelized Onion Salad

This salad is sooo good! Very quick to make and very complete for a simple and healthy meal. The sauce is sweet and soft, I use it very often in my salads. Delicious!


  • Fresh spinach leaves
  • Cheddar or goat cheese
  • Ham (thick cut)
  • Laminated black olives
  • Caramelized onion
  • White or portobello mushrooms laminated
  • Yellow mustard
  • Agave
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil


Cut the pork into thick squares and sauté them with a drop of olive oil until golden brown. Prepare the caramelized onions and let cool.

Cut up the rest of the ingredients and mix them together in a bowl.

And finally for the vinaigrette we mix together the same amount of yellow mustard as agave (for one serving I use 1 tablespoon of each), salt, pepper and a little bit of olive oil.

Toss it all together and ¡enjoy!
