This is a super simple and tasty salad, perfect to eat in the summer due to it’s freshness. I don’t know about you, but in the summer I like to keep things simple and enjoy the time I have doing what I love. This recipe is perfect if you want to have a healthy meal, without the fuss of cooking.
Feta Cheese (or mozzarella for a lighter version)
Cut and toss all the ingredients together in a bowl. Dress with white wine vinegar or cider vinegar, olive oil and salt.
